new boudoir


My new bedding from IKEA: queen sized Alina comforter in dark grey, with two cushion covers. I added a trio of snoa band cushions (on sale!), two in red and one in grey and white, and two Anja cushions. At the base of the bed is a die cut fleece Polarvide throw in red. The red and grey rock together, and on my next visit I plan to buy some red sheets to really set the whole thing smokin'.

back to nature

It's been a long time since I hiked, alone or with friends. My bestie from childhood, Ana, has begun exploring trails around Tucson. Today I joined her for a 6 mile hike starting at the Richard Genser Starr Pass trailhead in Tucson Mountain Park. I plan to join her for as many Sunday mornings as I can manage. We've been friends since second grade. That's three decades plus. I'm totally rockin' the Brett Michaels vibe. Those must be Ana's favorite ratty shorts. She's had them forever.
